↟ How it begun

Holotropic is an interdisciplinary artist and sound specialist that has been working in countless projects covering a wide range of skills. Started out as a local DJ in 2002, and in addition to collecting music he also started production in 2012. Being part of a theater collective since he was six, he also learned working as a technician from a young age. And his love for music and everything that makes music possible arose from those early days.

↟ The last couple of years

He lived in Amsterdam for the last 5 years but recently moved back north where he spend his youth. In Amsterdam he built a studio in his house where the first album as Holotropic was recorded.

During his years in Amsterdam he studied Audio Engineering at SAE to crystallize his knowledge.

He hosted several parties in The Hague and later joined Leon K. with his abituous Perpetual Motion. A organization focussing on free parties playing strictly with two tu

↟ Present

Now that he is back near the forest and the sea, he is finding fresh inspiration in a new life and from 2020 he is building a new studio in his village. With the idea to make music as long as he can enjoy it.
